Select a workout routine from the spinner, then press a calendar date to start a workout. Or press Routine Editor to create a new routine and optional schedules. Brown dates are scheduled workouts, green are completed workouts on scheduled date, blue are completed on non-scheduled date. Press Lift Names then Lift Options to create a Lift Definition database for all workouts. From the menu, choose Stats/One Rep Max/Bar Loader.
Select a lift and click on a rep or weight cell. Use the keypad to enter sets. Press +Set to add another set. Press the date button to set the date/time. Press the timer button to start/stop/pause timer. Press the 'Lift 1/5' button to modify the lifts and lift order. Select 1 rep max calculator/bar loader from the menu.
Add/Update/Delete workout routines here. To create an optional schedule, click 'add schedule', then click the Begin, End, Sched buttons to edit
Select a body part, then click a lift name to edit or delete. To add a new lift, enter a lift name in the text field and press Add. To modify a lift name, click a lift name, then edit.
To add lift options to a lift name, click on the desired body part. The spinner below shows a list of lift names for that body part. Select any options from the 4 spinners below, including Equipment, Attachment, Position, Grip. Click add to add a new lift name with options, or just modify a selected lift name's options, and it will be automatically saved.
Select a body part, then click on any lifts for the current workout. To set the order of the lifts, click the Order button.
To change lift order, select a lift, then press up or down. The order can be adjusted for any workout date, and the order is maintained for future workout dates unless you change it.
Select a schedule from the top spinner, and adjust the schedule by days or weeks, or every 1-10 days/weeks.
Select a schedule from the spinner, click on the begin or end date radio button. Then click the day to change it to. Setting the end date is optional.
